We Keep Seniors Healthy, Engaged, and Happy At Home

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a full range of coordinated health and wellness services to qualified older adults in their homes, the PACE center, and the community so they may remain safely at home for as long as possible.

Innovative Care for Aging Individuals

Our goal is to provide our senior community members with the care, medical treatment and support they need to achieve the highest quality of life – while remaining independent for as long as possible. Our team of elder care experts offers an alternative to nursing home placement that features comprehensive, coordinated care for a senior’s medical, social and physical needs, while also providing peace of mind for family caregivers.

Why choose PACE?

PACE is flexible in the way it delivers health care and related supports to seniors. This means your PACE services are customized to meet your needs. Your PACE team will provide care and support in your home, in the community, and at the PACE center as needed.

PACE is unmatched in its highly effective method of helping seniors remain in the community and out of nursing homes. This wrap-around health care model combines the supports and expertise needed to help you continue to be successful at home.

PACE is here for you. By design, PACE becomes a path to a greater quality of life for seniors. It brings together a team of health care and resource professionals dedicated to helping you feel better and live better.

Our first Occupational Therapist is Allison. See what Allison has to say about her position here at PACE.

"I've been working with PACE Participants since 2019. I have loved watching PACE grow and seeing how the team has helped many participants keep "moving and grooving" in their homes for as long as possible! When I'm not working with PACE participants I am busy spending time with my family!

Fun facts: I love Disney, chocolate covered peanuts are my favorite treat, and I like all things that sparkle. 🪄

Please join us in thanking Allison for all she has done and will continue to do for our participants!

This week in the Day Center we were thinking Spring! Participants had the opportunity to paint spring flowers. We focused on lilacs and hyacinths. The choice was given to either free hand the flowers or use a Q-tip bundle to help replicate the flower. This made the craft more accessible for many of the participants. It was fun to see the different techniques everyone used.

This week we also experienced a total solar eclipse, so naturally we had to put their minds to the test in some Eclipse trivia. Did you know the next total solar eclipse will be on August 23rd, 2044. It will only be visible from 3 U.S. states: Montana, South Dakota and North Dakota!

National Pet Day was also this week. The participants learned many new facts about our common household pets. Did you know that a cat has over one hundred vocal sounds, while dogs only have about ten?

We love that the participants are always up for learning new things.
